I don't weigh or test my glucose/ketones on DownDays so I have nothing to report. Going light today, just having a hb egg, a bran cracker to choke down my supplements, and later tonight a scrambled egg for dinner.
Watching the game at home but we aren't having anybody over so there won't be a lot of snacks. If DH and DS want snacks, I can pop some popcorn for them and we already have hummus and pita. Gonna exercise again tonight with the dog 2.5 - 3 miles, with weights. |

Still nursing injury from November, and can't run or walk yet. But I have gained 6 pounds since then! My goal is to get back down to 128, which is 3 pounds. |

I am ready!!!!
I am ready for the February challenge! I was an avid runner and triathlete until a knee injury took me out last year. Since I can not run I have turned to the Jillian Michael's Body Revolution DVD set and am excited to start them tomorrow. With my injury comes depression and weight gain so I hope to find support from this blog and Jillian's DVDs. :D

I'd really like to hit 145 by the end of February (CW: 153) Lose at least 3 more inches And be able to run 15 minutes straight (currently: 12 minutes) Update: CW: 150.2 Run time and inches are still the same as they were, but weight is looking good. Feeling a bit glum after a bad end to January. Worked really hard for most of the month and ended up back at my start weight. Gives me a really big goal for feb as I have to lose jan and feb's weight - or try at least. So yeh, nine pounds please. I need a whoosh to get be going again. Other goals are: Complete month two or my DVD fitness programme and buy something new for March (suggestions welcome!!) Only alcohol on two weekends On plan at least two weekends (one done already yay!) Average calories per day (taken over a week) - less than 2000 Run 20K and book half marathon! Lots to do. Fit and focused - my motto for Feb! Start weight 141 Goal weight 132 Feb 1 - 141 Feb 2 - 140 Welcome to all the new guys and good to see everyone back again after the January resolutions have started to fade?! Glad to be hanging in there with you all! |

I would like to join. My goal will be 204lbs by February 28th. I will weigh in on Fridays. As a side goal I am going to try not to eat after 7pm/ have a 11 hour fast each night. My only day I can waiver is Mondays as I have a 2 hour exercise class. I am off on Tuesdays so I can eat breakfast later those days.
Starting weight 2/1/14 212.4 Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories. Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm. |
