Pelican - I weigh everything that I can...it is amazing to me what we think is a portion size...when really it is much smaller most of the time. Sum - excuse me while I pick up my jaw...you just are so AWESOME! 183 - I go through "hungry" periods too...been trying to stuff myself with fruits - but getting a little bored with it. I wish there was some fruit that tasted just like chocolate. Ease back into that runnning...hope your legs are all better! Woodstock - This weather has got to change...and soon before I go crazy!!! I live in a very rural area, so there are no sidewalks with slush...just slush. Think warm thought!:cool: Okay...I want to leave personal message for everyone, but time is running out. Starting weight 2/1/14 212.4
Feb 1st Stayed under calories but did eat my exercise calories. Feb 2nd Stayed under calories. Did not eat exercise calories. No food after 7pm. Feb 3rd Slightly over calories 1786. Did not eat after 7pm. Did have black decaf tea. But I did that and still lost today. Feb 4th: 211.0lbs. No food after 7pm, had white tea FEb 5: 209.2 no food after 7 pm. Had black tea. |

Can't get over how fassssssssssssssst this thread is moving anymore. This is only the fifth day and we are almost to page 11, usually page 11 is on the 15th day or middle of the month. I have started a post several times to get in here but never get finished with it, and it has moved on so far that I just delete and promise to try again the next day :o: My heart is out for some of ya who are struggling with scales stopping suddenly, or in the case of a few of you, making a big jump up for no reason. But however frightening it is for you, I sit here secure in knowing all will be A O K, that the scales will relent and square up with ya. They are a bit stubborn like that at times. I even see our GURU, Jacqui struggling a bit, plus our mater de forum, Joy, is going through some sort of struggle and my feelings are out for her. Myself, it is time for me to get back onboard with the weight loss. I have put on enough muscle, time to work on weight again. Don't know what my weight is right now, have not weighed for some days, but it has been holding around 232.5 for almost three weeks while I dropped some fat and put on some muscle. I will try to weigh in the morning and post for my weight. My goal for this month will be............ 6 lbs????? OK, yes, I will try for 6 Welcome to all of our new members :) B F R |
