I am down to 154.4 this morning, down .6 from two days ago. Slow and steady wins the race, they say. I weigh every other day and my goal is 10 pounds for the month.

well, just to throw something on about it....I ate a small piece of cake with frosting tonight....numbers might not like it tomorrow. Wish me luck! Going to people's houses to eat seems to present a challenge to me even when everyone is very supportive. The meals were almost entirely low carb, which was really nice of them. Mist meals have a lot of starch.... or most for anyone I've known.

Hi I would like to join this challenge. My goal is 8lbs I really hope I can do it. I havent been in this site for a while but I am back and ready to shed these pounds for good. Also I am close to being in the hundreds and that is really exciting for me. I hope I can get there within a couple of weeks max if not sooner.

Feb 2 - 160.5 - TOM, not drinking enough water, only 16 oz. yesterday Feb 28 - 151 Feb starting off in the wrong direction, will concentrate on getting my water in today, two days, maybe three of not drinking enough is definitely not helping the cause.
