Hello everyone it is Friday weigh-in day. This morning I reached my -20 kilogram goal (-44 lb). Part of this week's loss is due to the huge sodium spike I had last Friday, which ruined my January performance from a 10 lb goal down to 7 lbs + something. I'm not fasting I have just been shedding water all week apparently.
Goal: 10 lb 02/01 .... 130.7 kg .... Start 02/07 .... 127.4 kg .... -7.3 lb 02/14 .... 02/21 .... 02/28 .... - 7.3 lb TOTAL 72.8% of goal reached |
Weighed in at 153.2 this morning. Down .6 since yesterday. I'll take it!
