good morning guys!

my legs feel stronger every day, so I'll take a study-break later and go for a run. Weather is crazy for this season - winter with lasted exactly one day? I think it'll hit us in like March. Anyways, got to enjoy it while it lasts :)

Minneey yep, I try to drink a glass of water first when I feel hungry, and then go for a carrot. Also, distraction helps ;)
It's great you enjoy exercise now :) I never used to dread it, but now that I am actually semi good at stuff, it is so much more fun!

183 - Turbo Jam are video workouts. They can be found on the Beach Body website,...or I got mine cheaper on ebay. I love them because the music is good and the instructor doesn't annoy the crap out of me. (some of those video instructors are just a tad to perky for me). It's a lot of kicking and punching...fun!

Hello everyone it is Friday weigh-in day. This morning I reached my -20 kilogram goal (-44 lb). Part of this week's loss is due to the huge sodium spike I had last Friday, which ruined my January performance from a 10 lb goal down to 7 lbs + something. I'm not fasting I have just been shedding water all week apparently.

Goal: 10 lb

02/07 .... 127.4 kg .... -7.3 lb

72.8% of goal reached
