I lost a ¼ lb this morning, which is better than a gain or no change. I’m now only ¾ lbs away from goal…fingers crossed!

Sorry I haven't been around this month. I am in over my head with my kids and their activities. I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off daily. I have upped my eating and cut back on workouts and have met and exceeded my goal for Sept. start-167 Cw- 160 Goal- 162 150's here I come! :congrat: Muses, Sum, Jacqui, Joy, Cincorn and Emme on making goal!! Tuscany, you are so close! I loved your eating low calorie and adding an extra workout to shake things up... 1lb wahoo! I hope you had a good visit with your daughter. Had a healthy breakfast and lunch, went to Zumba and I'm drinking my water and tea hoping to hit goal by the 30th!!
