WOWZER! The WOOSH fairy finally appears!

200.4 this morning. That is -10 lb.s for September for me if I can maintain it and SO CLOSE to ONEderland!

Also, only 2 lb.s away from a big milestone---50 lb. weight loss!:carrot::carrot::carrot:

It would sure be nice to end the month under goal. It could happen. I'm achy today from walking around a small town for 3 hours yesterday taking photos during a street photography workshop. I'll drink lots of water today and stretch to see if my muscles want to release.

Cheat day yesterday, so I was 190.5 this morning. That's how my diet works, so it's fine!

Turtle and Tuscany, I'm almost out of the 190's, lol! Thanks for the wishful thinking! :D

I have a feeling I'm going to bounce back up tomorrow, but I'll take it!

Turtle~Yes I think that it is a mostly core workout but SparkPeople has a good 15 min routine that also works the arms and legs. I am not quite as steady on it yet so I'm sure I look pretty ridiculous doing the push ups with the ball under my thighs and legs way up in the air. Thank goodness nobody was home ;)

I met my goal earlier on this month and then a binge happened and I have been trying to undo the damage for the past week.

I lost 4.6/6 pounds. I am grateful that I had a loss. Since June it has been non stop gaining for me.

Shaking things up worked again and I made goal! As of yesterday, I needed to lose a ˝ lb to get to goal. So, I had a light lunch and I took an extra long walk (9.5 km). This morning, the scale registered another 1 lb loss, and I ended the month at 143.5, slightly below goal.

Thanks for all the support this month everyone! I’m happy with my 3 lb loss. I was on plan for about half the month, and maintaining for the other half, so it is exactly what I was hoping for. Hope to see everyone in October :hat:

Rhiko – nice whoosh. I think someone started an October thread early, and we will just go to that one next? I’m probably going to post over there after this one.

Sourthern – I love sparkpeople, that’s what I track my calories on. I may have to look around at their exercises. I’ve been doing Jullian Michaels videos and I LOVE the little muscles I have on the sides of my stomach from the core building (even though they are covered by some chubs). I might have to get a ball.

Jacqui – hope that .5 lb disappears, but you are rocking this month regardless :D

Joy – You've already met goal, I'm sure its just water weight. Keeping fingers crossed it comes off for your final weigh in.

248.1 this morning, I sure did not make my goal of 12 lbs.

8.5 lbs loss is it. But I am glad to have that, and thank all you wonderful people for being here and for the support. You are ALL WINNERS!!!

I am in for the next challenge also if you have one, and my goal will remain the same. No use shooting at small targets ya know :D

Well, I lost 6.4 pounds this month. I really didn't think I'd lose much. I'm pretty sure I'm stalling and fluctuating so much because I'm not exercising. That's my own damn fault and I know it. I can't work out one day a week and expect weight to start falling off.

Thanks for letting me join this group. Can't wait for tomorrow's new start!

Hi ladies - sorry for the delay. Made it to 198.5 lb, that's 0.5 lb short of my original goal but not too bad. Had a rough patch here and there with a lot of traveling and a lot of ups and downs. Nice to be in onederland though!
