I almost made my walking goal (goal of 150 km; actual was 134.1 km), but I fell way short in other exercise (goal of 1,000 minutes; actual was 330 minutes). I need to step things up a few notches in August.

Alrighty! Well, I met my first goal of exercising at least 20 out of 31 days, I actually did 24 days of exercise and I found a new love--zumba!!! I didn't make my 75 mile goal--and I'm ok with that, I did so much zumba instead--and boy that makes you sweat! I also didn't even try for my third goal, well I tried on July 1st but it made my shoulder hurt so I just bagged it. Guess that one was lost before I even started. :-)
Anyway, I'm happy with what I did this month. On to August..... |
