I adjusted to longer work walks than at home walks when the weather was freezing, but I am so red!

January Goals:
*2 "take a lap around the building" 8-10 minute walks at work Mon-Fri
*3x/week 20-30 minute walk with my husband (or daughter) (or alone)

Jan 1-6: <before I started>

Jan 7: 39 minutes: 17 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 8: 17 minutes at work
Jan 9: 40 minutes: 18 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 10: 17 minutes at work
Jan 11: 39 minutes: 17 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 12: 22 minutes alone
Jan 13: 22 minutes alone

On track for that entire week!

Jan 14: 39 minutes: 17 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 15: 16 minutes at work
Jan 16: 38 minutes: 16 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 17: 46 minutes: 24 minutes at work, 22 minutes with DH
Jan 18: 16 minutes at work
Jan 19: 22 minutes alone
Jan 20:

On track for that entire week!

Jan 21: 28 minutes at work
Jan 22: 37 minutes at work
Jan 23: 49 minutes at work
Jan 24: 39 minutes at work
Jan 25: 16 minutes at work
Jan 26: 22 minutes alone (on treadmill at hotel)
Jan 27: 22 minutes alone (on treadmill at hotel)

Jan 28: 48 minutes at work
Jan 29: 33 minutes at work
Jan 30: 40 minutes at work, 21 minutes with DH (we're getting faster)
Jan 31: 40 minutes at work

On track for that entire week (more walking at work than at home because of sub-freezing weather!

gardenerjoy: 1400 minutes
energie: 6x a week, 45-60 min each, beat 5k PB of 26:30
Pink_Hurricane: 5x a week, begin ST, run 2x a week
bg124: 30 min a day for 6x a week, weights 3x a week
bethFromDayton: 2 8-10 minute walks at work Mon-Fri, 3x/week 20-30 minute walk
Rebecca16: exercise 6 days a week
minoja75: 01/10-01/17: 30 min. walk per day, 01/18-01/25: 60 min. walk per day, 01/26-02/02: 90 min. walk per day
katie9399: exercise every day except Sunday's and every other Tuesday
