Okay second week down. I beat my personal best, so I am happy. I still only worked out 4x this past week though. Hopefully this upcoming week, I can make it to the gym for at least 5x this week... still aiming for 6x though. Hope everyone is doing well :)

I have been looking into zumba...do you like it? I am wondering if I am still too big to start a program like that. Also was very curious about your hula workout...I love how you change it all up, something different every day...I never thought of that but think it would work really well for me since the same routine each day has been one of my breaking points.

minoja75: for Zumba, I use Zumba 2 on the Wii. It's fun and not too jumpy -- I convert any hops or jumps to steps and it still works.

For hula, I like these DVDs: http://www.amazon.com/Island-Girl-Da...words=hula+dvd
For some reason, they're always cheap on Amazon. Each one is about 35 minutes which is a nice workout, especially if you're beginning. And there are no jumps or hops in those workouts.
