So, 1st week down. I got to the gym 4x for the first week in Jan. I was aiming for 6 but I got my period early on this month and I've been fighting a rough cold, so I am happy with what I got in.
Hopefully this week, I will get in 6 days at the gym. |

Late Joining
Good Morning Everyone
I am a little late joining but I have been keeping track of my excerise and this is a major part of my weight loss plan so I would like to join. My goal is to exercise 6 days a week 1 2 - Jogged 30 Minutes, weights 3 - Curled 4 - Jogged 30 Minutes, Weights, Shovel snow 5 - House Work 6 - Jogging 30 Minutes, Weight lifting, Played hockey 7 - Jogging 31 Minutes, Weight lifting Week 1 Goal Met:carrot: 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26 27 28 29 30 |
