Challenge complete--all 1200 minutes :carrot::carrot:
This was a difficult month for me and there were times when I wondered whether I could complete this self-imposed challenge or even wanted to complete it. Beginning on Christmas Day when I was hit with a stomach virus that stuck around until the new year it seems like I've been struggling with one minor (but prolonged) health issue after another. A strained lower back muscle really did a number on me along with a nasty head cold that also included some equally nasty chest congestion. At any rate, I was determined to finish this challenge and NOT let it beat me. I'm so happy I did. I'm so good at keeping promises and commitments to others that it's about time I make myself the same priority! Finish strong on this last day everyone. Looking forward to a fantastic February! |
