Hello everyone and happy Friday!

to everyone joining this challenge. I'm looking forward to reading about your successes this month.

I had an up and down October but I'm turning things around for November too.

I am seriously thinking about going to Quick Weight Loss Centers to get a jump start on my weight loss. I have been trying for so long to get to onederland and I just can't seem to stay focused to do it. I have a consultation meeting with them today and I'll go and see what they have to offer. I did this program years ago and was able to lose 30+ pounds.

I hope you all have a great OP day.

GettinFit - What is Quick Weight Loss Center? Is it like a doctor monitored thing with shakes, or is it one of those places that gives you B12 shots, or is it something else? And how much do you have to lose till Onederland?

Hey everyone!

I stayed on plan this week for the most part. I worked out for an hour and a half today so I am tired!

Last night around 11 pm my stomach started growling...I was soooo hungry. I can't eat that late so I had a glass of water with a little ACV, I brushed my teeth afterwards and went to bed. I have to figure out how to add more calories to my meals.

Have a great weekend everyone!

It's been 10 days on plan so far without going over my range. I've been also exercing.

Lakilaulea, thanks for the warm welcome. Let's do this!

GettinFit, good luck with your new diet plan. Sometimes you just have to change things up to get going again. When I can't lose anymore, I do that, too. My new plan is staying under 1400 cals.

lisa34t - Next week is a new week, maybe focus on working out even just one extra day. Btw turkey chili sounds quite delicious...

SunnySide99 - I admire your control, I'd have been raiding the cabinets!!

Yesterday was sorta bleh. Although I didn't feel guilty about it, I didn't work out making it the 3rd day in the week I missed a work out. But what can I do? All that is left to do now is make the rest of the week and the coming weeks more successful. I got up today, had my breakfast, and did my 50 mins of cardio, then had a salad and some slices of pizza for lunch. I prepared a nice salad to eat for dinner later at work. Not a horrible start for the month

Ok, ladies, I am not doing ANYTHING tonight!! Because of the hurricane, they shut down my office for two days and my company is making us make up those 16 hours. 8 hours is far too long for me; 9 has me EXHAUSTED. I did pretty good the rest of this week, so tonight I am vegging out on the couch and calling it an early night. I'll do an hour tomorrow after errands. Let's have an active weekend!

Two days in and I've stuck to my goals so far. Kept up drinking the 2 litres of water each of the days and got in my exercise of 30 minutes yesterday and Thursday. First weekend day now so I have to make sure I do an hour during the day. I've a lot of studying to do so I'll take breaks and head out for a walk and do some weight lifting also. Also, I managed to bring my own lunches to college each day. This goal is easy enough for me to do. I don't have the money to be spending on the canteen food. Happy weekend everyone! I'll check in later!

Yesterday went so well, and then my sister said 'I wanna eat something bad for meeee!!'

So we got pizza. I only went about a hundred calories over my goal, but still, boo. My calories and my fat ended up going red, so for a day that was perfectly OP, it all went downhill! Now its the morning of the next day and I feel that bleh feeling that you feel after youve eaten too much bad stuff.

I'm up now, and I plan on challenging myself today with my workout! It won't undo last night, but I don't want to get too comfortable with those kinds of habits again and if I keep waking up and pushing myself into activity, that will be a good way to do it.
