New to the Site!
 
I am new to this site but I think I want to try out this challenge!!! :carrot:

For my challenge I am going to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day (level 1) and I am also going to walk a mile a day (level 2).

I think I can stay on top of both of this goals! :carrot:

Drink at least 24 oz. water. Day 0 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaining
Log all my calories on MY Fitness Pal. Day 3 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaiing)
Exercise 5X this week. Day 3 done

I did drink my water on Tuesday but I'm back to day 1 today. I have it right in front of me.

      Ok i have decided and already completed day 1, my aim........to complete this challenge before December. Im off to a good start so wish me luck.....

        Mondays and Saturdays will be rest days, due to work and time commitments etc, so i have 22 days to complete my 21 day challenge, sounds easy right?:?:

        Made it! :D I think I'll do it again for the month of November.

        ((Won't update my water for another while until I drink 2litres...Working on about the last half a litre so))
