New to the Site!
I am new to this site but I think I want to try out this challenge!!! :carrot:
For my challenge I am going to drink 8-10 glasses of water each day (level 1) and I am also going to walk a mile a day (level 2). I think I can stay on top of both of this goals! :carrot: |

Goal: 21 days of eating less than 1400 cals. Day 7 at 1355 cals.

My challenge for the next 21 days;
Prepare my own lunch for college and avoid buying it or any snacks. No pause days allowed; Day 20, 31/10 New challenge I will also start tomorrow, 01/11 My new challenge for the next 21 days; Drink at least 2 litres (68oz) of water a day. No pause days allowed. |
Day 8 at 1340 cals.

Log all my calories on MY Fitness Pal. Day 3 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaiing) Exercise 5X this week. Day 3 done I did drink my water on Tuesday but I'm back to day 1 today. I have it right in front of me. |
Today is day 9 of eating under 1400 cals. 1175 cals.
