No college tomorrow, so I shall continue on Thursday with Day 8.

No eating after 7pm (level 3 - three pauses) <-- this one will be tough since my work schedule has changed and I don't get home until 9pm - and am hungry - or think I am...

my challenge.

deal with upcoming PMS and TOM so that I won't gain too much
workout as I have been this week.

today 7.5 miles outside
5.5 miles on elliptical w/arms.

I wasn't in college today so I will continue on with my challenge tomorrow. This one is proving to be difficult. I really just want to buy something to eat while I know preparing my own lunch with my own foods and own amounts of fillings, it will be better for me.

masterptr, is that 7.5 miles a walk? That is impressive! I think I would need a major lie down around that one. My walks range from 2 - 5 miles and I thought that was decent. :p

I'm trying to get back on track, so here goes again.

Drink at least 24 oz. water. Day 0 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaining
Log all my calories on MY Fitness Pal. Day 0 (Level 1, 1 pause) 1 pause remaiing)
Exercise 5X this week. Day 1 done
