Argh! I need to start over on my FODMAP challenge because I happened to eat a cough drop with xylitol. I need to be more careful!

Finished. :) I really want to celebrate by having fast food! :p I think I'll take a break from this challenge for September. I have a cousin staying with me from the 7th until 26th and I won't get enough time to log in daily to check in. So I'll be back in October with a new challenge for myself which I'm already thinking about. Thanks for all the support girls and I'll keep an eye on how well you are all doing (all doing fantastic so far!) and keep on going!

i just found out i get my braces off on sept 18th!!! I am so excited! have had them on for over 3 years! my fiance hasn't even seen me without them on!! I am allowing myself one pause on the 18th as i will be partaking in a crunchy food bonanza to celebrate having those things off my teeth! other than that.. the plan is to eat on plan and nothing to eat after dinner!!

Aah.. i had made the list 4 days back, but for some reason my account wasnt getting activated. :(.

So my goals are set and am ready to join in!
  • 1 hr workout all week days [level 1]
  • no sweets during weekdays [level 1]
  • Quit coffee[level 1]
  • monitor weight every monday [level 1]
  • stick to diet plan [level 2]
  • i wont eat if i am frustrated [level 2]
