I am so up for this! I'm terrible at drinking a lot of water. Now is the time to do something about it. :)
I will drink 1.5 liters of water (50 ounces?). October 25 - November 14th October 25th: I did it! I feels like quite a lot of water, but that's probably just because I usually wouldn't drink more than a glass or two a day. One down, twenty to go! |

Newbie here! My challenge is to drink 64 oz of water a day, no pause. 2nd challenge is breakfast ( hate it) but 1 pause. We can do this right!

My challenge will begin on Monday the 29th when I come back from vacation.
My challenge #1 is to not eat out for 21 days and only make and eat my own food. Not only will this save me like $100 over the course of 3 weeks, but it will force me to both get creative and to stick to all healthy foods because I don't buy anything that is not on my diet. My challenge #2 is to not eat carbs for 21 days. Sticking to just tons of vegetables, some dairies and fruits, and plenty of proteins. No pause days on either of these challenges, and I will stick to these challenges until I make it through all 21 days, even if I have to start over a dozen times. I have been far too lax with my diet for the last 3 weeks, and I need some structure back in my life. I can't wait to see how much money I save and how much weight I lose :D |

Good to see you back JazzyPeggy! Nearly finished my lunch challenge and been successful :) Already thinking of my next challenge which I think will be tracking my water intake. It's been a bit low lately. |
