I was at 975 minutes yesterday so I took today off, my first rest day in 2 weeks. I'm really quite fatigued.

I did a little work in the garden tonight, though. It hasn't rained in weeks and everything is just shriveling.

Got a slow start this week...this is what I have so far-

Wed. = 15 min yoga
Friday= 15 min yoga and 30 min. walk.

I hope to add alot to the total this weekend! :)

Thanks, everyone for this forum! Knowing I would post helped me to get some exercise in while away from home for work.

Okay, so now I am back from the trip... only a week, but felt like a month! I am very tired and a little off balance :dizzy:

Overall, I did pretty well, though there was one day I regret that I stayed at work and completely missed my workout that I planned. Oh, well... at least I made time for the others and ened with 4 workout days this week.

This week:

7/8 – gym cardio (60 min)
7/9 – rest (fly to DEN)
7/10 – Walk (60 min total)
7/11 – rest (actually no rest but overworked and no exercise!:()
7/12 – floor calisthenics & stretch (45 min total)
7/13 – rest (fly to LAX)
7/14 – park workout (45 min total)

I spent a couple of hours in the garden this morning, planting coneflowers and yanking all the dead stuff. I almost bailed on my scheduled workout of bike and lifting, but I did it and - as always - was glad I did.

I'm at 1115 out of 2000 minutes.
