I don't miss workouts (knocking on wood) because I just don't. :p So I'll just keep my collection as usual...THIS MONTH FOCUSES ON ALL HEAVY WORKOUTS FROM THE WOMEN'S HEALTH (WH) BIG BOOK OF 15 MIN WORKOUTS w/ my own twist (which takes longer than 15 mins when you go hard and heavy like me): 1 - 30/30/30 Circuit (posted by FitFluential on FB) - moved REST DAY to 7/2 'cuz I'm going to the beach! 2 - REST DAY! Chilled at the Jersey Shore... 3 - Legs (WH Tighter Tush Workout) + ZWOW #24 + Cathe's Muscle Max (warm-up only) + STS Extended Stretch 4 - Core (WH Flat Belly Workout) + Cathe's Athletic Step + Kim Fowler's OM Zone Yoga (Core section only) 5 - Upper Body (WH Pushup Bra Workout) + Cathe's Intensity (step only) + Kim Fowler's OM Zone Yoga (Upper Body section only) 6 - moved Legs (WH I Need Some Lift...Workout) to 7/7/12 + Gaiam Fit Body Yoga (Lower Body section only) + Jessica Smith's 10lbs Down Cardio Mix (fun fun fun) 7 - Legs (WH I Need Some Lift...Workout) + Cathe's Gym Styles Legs (warm-up only) + 10 Min Solution Pilates (Buns and Thighs section only) + 10 Min Solution Yoga (Buns and Thighs section only) 8 - REST DAY! 9 - Upper Body (WH Spread Your Wings) + Cathe's Gym Styles Back, Shoulders and Biceps (warm-up 2x and stretch only) + Z-Challenge (posted on 7/7/12 on ZuzkaLight Youtube Channel) + 10 Min Solution Yoga (Flexibility and Relax) :barbell: |

It's really motivating and encouraging to see everyone set goals and achieve them!!! My goal for July is 1000 minutes of exercise- I will count what I do yesterday and go from there. I am starting Chalean Extreme on Monday and committing to 90 days!! 7/9 - 35 minutes :carrot: 7/10- |

I finally got serious about adding activity to my lifestyle. My challenge to myself if 1300 minutes of activity this month. I just started this week...
7/9 - 60 mins - treadmill, elliptical, stationery bike 7/10 -135 mins - treadmill, stationery bike 7/11 - no activity (resting sore muscles) |
Sadly, I have failed the last two days with exercise but tonight I will be doing a little Kinect YSFE 2012 for about 40 minutes to get back on track.
