My goal is very simple:
Daily exercise of some sort for 30 mins, most likely it will be walking, swimming or wii fit. Today I walked with the kids for 30 mins. |

July Goal to do 15 hours exercise
July 2 ~ 1hr cardio 14hrs to go! July 4 ~ 30 mins biking, which I found exhausting and difficult, but did not give up on, + 1 hour of walking with my kids12.5hrs left |

Exercise for 30 mins per day ~ Swam with the kids for several hours in the pool yesterday, I'm sure that had my exercise covered for the day.

I'm in!
I need a little motivation for exercise. My goal is to exercise 30min/day every day in the month of July. :) It will most likely be YSFE 2012 Kinect workouts, biking, hiking, or walking. :)
