BTW, from what part of Nebraska do you hail? I'm a transplanted Nebraskan to California. My father and a large part of my heart remains there. There are others on the boards as well: Lori Bell, Nebraska mom, and a few others, too. |
An active day: stepping and exercises in the morning (I'm doing a sort of physical therapy/pilates blend that I quite like), then recumbent bike and weights in the evening. Maybe tonight I'll sleep for more than 2 hours at a stretch.
I'm at 190 out of 2000 minutes. |
I'm in again! I'm upping my on foot goal to 15 miles since I met my 12 mile goal last month and didn't log any of my walk out on errands (I figure .5 mile or more to get my errand done should count, right?) plus I'm adding 5 miles on the bike this month. I just got my tires pumped back up and aside from some brake grease it is ready to start tackling the hills in this town. Thank goodness I splurged on the 7 speed when I got it years ago.
I'm excited! |
