Welcome Lisa. It's nice to see new faces. Exercise was a bit of a challenge for me because with my work schedule I get stuck at work a little late & then need to rush home to make dinner & then who feels like exercising after dinner? So, I started getting up about half an hour earlier than usual & just doing it.
So far I've been pretty good about it & I do have to admit that it does wake me up & I feel a LOT better all day. It was pretty hard at first because I'm not a morning person & I do love my sleep, but I'm actually at the point now where I get out of bed & don't hit the snooze button once. A miracle I believe.

So you need to find a time that works for you & commit to doing it for yourself. You're worth the time.
Here's where I stand:
EXERCISE GOAL: Workout 4x a week
TOTAL WORKOUTS: 48/96
STARTING WEIGHT: 179.6
CURRENT WEIGHT: 174.4
GOAL WEIGHT 165
WEIGHT LOST: 5.2 36% towards goal
And considering that this week's weigh in fell on day one of TOM, I'm not even going to worry about not being where I need to be to hit my goal.
