Good morning,

My workouts from last week. Started the Ripped in 30 again & Friday my legs were killing me & could barely walk. I did it again on Saturday but didn't go quite as low on my squats. I also lowered my daily calories this week, so I'm looking forward to my WI on Wednesday to see how I did.

5/28 None
5/29 This is TaeBo (about 25 minutes)
5/30 None WI 177.6
5/31 Ripped in 30 week 1
6/1 None
6/2 Ripped in 30 week 1
6/3 Yard work 1 hour

There's 17 weeks until the end of this challenge, but is anyone even in it anymore?

I for one just fill in my original post with updates and I think I have seen other people doing the same thing.. Just not continuously doing new posts

I'm still here to. Just don't post very often. I need to start posting every day again. Its helps me hold myself accountable. Doings okay. Slipped up a bit but back on track. I still have 22 lbs to reach my thirty pound goal. It I stay on track I can do this.

I managed to get 4 workouts in last week, which for as much as I had going on is pretty darn good.

6/4 Ripped in 30 week 1
6/5 None
6/6 Ripped in 30 week 1 WI 175.4
6/7 Ripped in 30 week 1
6/8 None
6/9 None
6/10 Ripped in 30 week 1

I am still in, I jsut haven't been posting as much. I have a wedding to go to in October in Mexico and want to look my best so I definately need to keep mup with th eworkouts and need make some serious changees to my diet

I decided to revise my goal. I haven't made a goal in time yet, so maybe I'm a little too ambitious, lol. If it looks like I'm going to go past it, great, but I'm not going to revise it again.

STARTING WEIGHT: 179.6
CURRENT WEIGHT: 174.8
GOAL WEIGHT 165
WEIGHT LOST: 4.8 33% towards goal

Hello everyone

I am new to this forum and want to join in! Im a September baby and I plan to give my self the best gift......a healthier me! I have started eating right but havent figured out how to tackle my excercising... a have a 4 month old so Im on his time after 6 pm, so it will be a challenge. Looking forward to reaching success with everyone.

thedolly looks like me and you are headed for the same goals and about the same height! Good Luck, we do this!

Welcome Lisa. It's nice to see new faces. Exercise was a bit of a challenge for me because with my work schedule I get stuck at work a little late & then need to rush home to make dinner & then who feels like exercising after dinner? So, I started getting up about half an hour earlier than usual & just doing it.

So far I've been pretty good about it & I do have to admit that it does wake me up & I feel a LOT better all day. It was pretty hard at first because I'm not a morning person & I do love my sleep, but I'm actually at the point now where I get out of bed & don't hit the snooze button once. A miracle I believe. So you need to find a time that works for you & commit to doing it for yourself. You're worth the time.

Here's where I stand:

EXERCISE GOAL: Workout 4x a week
TOTAL WORKOUTS: 48/96
STARTING WEIGHT: 179.6
CURRENT WEIGHT: 174.4
GOAL WEIGHT 165
WEIGHT LOST: 5.2 36% towards goal

And considering that this week's weigh in fell on day one of TOM, I'm not even going to worry about not being where I need to be to hit my goal.

HELLO EVERYONE!
I'll join up with you in this challenge.
I would like to lose 10 pounds by the end of September.
That would put me at 172 pounds.

I have been slacking off in my dieting this year. I count calories.
Let's see if I can lose this weight.

I plan on swimming almost everyday for exercize, as I have an old knee injury and can't walk far at all.
I injured the knee a 2nd time last week, but it isn't too bad. It is healing fast.
