Literally just got in the door and am eating lunch (starvinggggg). Am going to try and get those doggies out before madness piles into the house.

dogswalk not happening. Ugh! I hate days like this. :mad:

Day 1 of 27 is almost done. I did chest, shoulders, abs, and cardio at the gym. I need to do more abs and I'm done for the day.

2/1 - afternoon walk for 60 mins (almost 5 miles!) and evening 50 mins on the elliptical
