Upping my goal! 1000 minutes! Heeeeere goes!

Day 1 of 20+, done.
Slimdown Xtreme w/Chris Freytag, 25 min. Literally just got in the door and am eating lunch (starvinggggg). Am going to try and get those doggies out before madness piles into the house. dogswalk not happening. Ugh! I hate days like this. :mad: |
Day 1 of 27 is almost done. I did chest, shoulders, abs, and cardio at the gym. I need to do more abs and I'm done for the day.

Feb 1: treadmill workout Day 1 of 15 |
2/1 - afternoon walk for 60 mins (almost 5 miles!) and evening 50 mins on the elliptical

Feb 1 - 1.5 mile walk (25 minutes); 3 mile run + warm up/cool down walk and stretching (3.7 miles total, 60 minutes)

Today I did: 1 hour of Zumba, 1 hour of Pilates, 1 hour of Yoga, 35 minutes of 6 Week Six-Pack.

2: 15 min stretch, 30 min gardening; 115/1300 |
