Hello beautiful people! Thanks for the well-wishes for a great weekend! It was indeed a wonderful trip =) CONGRATS to you losers! What a great pay-off for all of your hard work and dedication! I however, did not have a loss this week =( It's ok, tho. I know I've been OP and I'm either hitting a plateau or still holding onto water weight from TOM last week. Keep up the great work you guys! Here's to an OP week for all of us!!

I'm going to delete those who haven't weighed in since week 1 — let me know if you're planning to stick around.

I've been really ramping up the exercise this week and look forward to seeing how it will pay off on the scale! Dare I say I am beginning to enjoy jogging?

Yay to all those who have seen losses & stuck to their plans!
Unfortunately this week I am up 1 pound. Since I stuck to my plan & exercised even more than usual I know it has to either be hormonal or water so I'm not going to let it upset me. Well........... maybe just a tiny bit! There's still a lot of time left in this challenge, so I know I can still make my goal. And I will! Have a great day ladies. Kim |
I've just tweaked the spreadsheet a bit as I noticed some of the formulas were wrong. For the pounds lost it was only totalling through row 10. Also anyone who did not enter a weight in week 2 I entered their weight the same as week 1 & changed the color to red. This way the totals still work.
I can see there are still some errors in the next few weeks & if no one minds I can go ahead & fix those too. Spreadsheets are kind of my thing :) I work with them all day at work. I just don't want to step on anyone's toes though. Kim |
I'm sorry I've been MIA for a few days but I have been struggling since Sat. It all started when I weighed on Sat am and I didn't lose anything for the week. I just sorta lost it but today I am back on track.
Paradise - Thanks for the water reminder. I am off to grab a few bottles :) I'm going to post my food plan for the day in hopes that it helps me stick to it. B: 100 Cal cottage cheese/fruit, banana, coffee w/flavored creamer L: 6" turkey/ham Subway sub with spinach, tomato & banana peppers, light dressing, SF pudding S: popcorn, apple, orange, 1 serv almonds D: Healthy Choice Dinner, SF pudding Exercise: Walk at Stn Mtn. Congrats to everyone else who is doing so well. |

Congrats Leftoverqueen! You are in Onderland!!
Kay7jay are weights are so close! For those loosing more than 2lbs a week, Can you share your secrets? ;) I see a few of you out there :carrot: |
I gained 1.2 lbs!!! Ugh. I went to a party over the weekend and munched like crazy. My bad.
This got me to think that maybe I'd like to look into getting a nutritionist or a food coach or something. Has anyone here used or have one? Thanks, mango |
Is it to late for me to join this challenge? I just found it and would really like to be part of it..

So honestly how is everyone doing? I see a few people gained this last week. I know personally my family is visiting and it is SUPER hard to eat right when they just want pizza, bugers and all the yummy food I need to eat in extreme moderation...lol...They go home next Monday!!!
So how are you keeping it together? Do you feel you are still as motivated as week 1? I re-read this entire thread tonight and feel honest emotion and happiness for all of us that are taking this journey together! Keep up the hard work ladies, we can do this! |
Hi everyone! I got back from my weekend trip and all went well. I stuck to eating fairly well and came home with my 2 lbs loss still intact - yay! Now I'm hoping for a small loss for Friday's weigh-in though I know that is only two days and maybe wishful thinking.
I got my pink yoga mat in the mail yesterday and so today I am going to do my Biggest Loser Weightloss Yoga with Bob :D I think I'll alternate Yoga with walking for now. lovemydogges - I'm still feeling as motivated as I was on week one. I think once I really get into exercising things will pick up for me even more in terms of motivation. |
Sarah, I'm one of the people whose weight was up. I can honestly say if anything I'm more motivated now. It's a little frustrating to know I should have had a 1.5 pound loss. (I track every thing I eat & I have the Bodybugg so I know how many calories I burn). But I've read a lot of the threads here & checked out some peoples blogs & have come to realize the body is crazy.
I know that I generally put on 3-5 pounds right before my period, but it isn't uncommon for people's weight to go up right before a big drop. So that's what I'm hoping is happening to me. I've just started weighing myself every day so that I can track it & see if there seems to be some type of cycle. So now I'm wondering, does anyone here seem to have a type of weight loss cycle? Kim |
Hey everyone!
Tontus94, yes we are so close in weight!! Unfortunately I kind of hit a stall last week, hoping it's just monthly hormonal weight! :( lovemydoggiesx2, I feel as motivated TODAY as I did when it started. I don't always though! Sometimes I look down at my thighs (or other fatty body part) and feel like it is never going to happen. I was actually watching Galaxy Quest and almost ate some of the pizza my friends were eating but the guy on the show happened to say 'never give up, never surrender' right then and it made me put the pizza down :kickbutt: Talk about nerdy good timing! |
