  • It was touch and go for awhile but I'm going to make my goal of 2,000 minutes this month ! Only 60 minutes to go and I'll be doing water aerobics tomorrow morning. Yay !
  • I've reached my 'exercise 5 days/week goal' and then some. I did miss a day or two but made up for it later or with a different type of 'exercise' (read: running around like a loon or baking/cooking for 6 or 7 hours) so all in all, good job! Hey, nothing like patting yourself on the back, eh?

    Came down with a bad cold midweek and so the exercise just stopped, but I finished up the month with a short walk last night. Treatments this month will be far less intensive, and so January should be a lot better than December, I hope!
