By the end of August I really want to be in the 230s right now I'm 246.8lbs and I'm going to push my excercise regimes which I thought has been lax until now. So my goal is to bike and walk at least 4 times for the week

I've altered my pace a bit ... I have a HUGE deadline on 9/1, so I've been doing a lot of working out in the gym in my building. This is what happens when you work 16-hr days.

Wow, everyone is doing great!!!
Me? Not so much. I've flaked on going to the gym. I think I tried to do too much, too fast, and I burned myself out in the process. To compensate, I'm REALLY watching my calories and am still losing 2 lbs per week. But still ... I need to get motivated to hit the gym today. Even if I just do 30 minutes, it's something to boost my metabolism, right? |
