Last week was not a stellar exercise week for me. I was away visiting family and just ran from one committment to the next. The walk I did with my sister on Saturday, though, was the longest one I've done since the surgery, and it feels good to know I can go that far at once.

Hey ladies :D I'd like to join back in it's kind of late for the month & I've been pretty slackish lately with all the "morning sickness" ya who the bleep named it that? More like 24/7 sickness :lol: However I'm starting to finally feel better & my Dr want me back exercising daily lil bits just nothing super intensive & have to watch my body temp.

I've seen lots of new names of the thread & looks like everyone is kicking butt this month:carrot:

Obviously weight loss isn't a goal now but I'd like to continue with the thread to keep my butt in gear & so I don't loose too much momentum over the next while.

August goal to workout somehow someway 30mins a day putting me at 450minutes for the rest of the month :D
