I'm happy you're back on track, Mango!
I've been so busy lately, but somehow I'm still losing at least 1.5 lbs every week. My classes are back, my mom is sick and my house is a mess because of a renovation we're doing. I haven't been able to exercise at all, and since my kitchen doesn't currently exist, I've been living on peanuts, apples and chocolate.
We're halfway into the challenge, let's give it all we got, all right? One thing I learned here is that we can always get back on plan, and the sooner you do it, the better. So many times I lost 10 or 15 lbs, went off plan and just quit because of that. Then I gained back all of it and more. This time I already lost over 30 lbs and I don't even know how many times I ate too much of the things I shouldn't. I learned that that's ok, and I just do my best to keep going.
