I am now only 1.6 pounds heavier than my hubs. IF is really working well for me. I think it'smore that I finally just decided I had to get my butt up and move.

I did this calculator at Health Status dot org, it tells you how many minutes of an activity it will take to burn one pound at your given weight. It's awesome! That's how I've been setting my goals lately.

Love that! Okay sounds good I'll weigh in on Fridays as well since that's the first day I weighed in.

Good job to all of you who are constantly losing, I hope to be on the same path! xo

Sorry I've been MIA! It's been a rough few nights at work and I've been too exhausted to update my weight. Anywho, I'm pleased to report that I'm down 3 pounds since my first weigh in on July 1st! From now on I think my official weigh ins will be Fridays (or at least when I'm not too exhausted to post )

I hope everyone's weight loss efforts are paying off! Keep going!

Congrats Virgo, you're doing great!

I'm trucking along. I don't weigh in until the 15th so no clue how my efforts are working, but hopefully well.

Blondie160 To be quite honest with you, I'm not sure what I'm doing. I basically took every single piece of advice that people have given me over the years and that I have read online and put them together and its so far working.

I eat no more than 1200 calories, broken down in 6 small meals a day.
Drink a ton of water. Almost litterrally...
Stay far away from sodas, sweets, carbs (most of them) and all the other stuff thats no good for us...
I get some more sleep than I used to
And I make sure I work out intensively half an hour every day. No excuses.

My workouts are either elliptical for 30 mins, or treadmill HIIT for 30 minutes.
Some days (like last night) I do 15 mins of each.

I'm just hoping the progress doesn't slow down now. I'm almost halfway to goal!

Default Hello

Hi all, I was wondering if I would be able to jump in on this 15lbs in July? I signed up for Jilllian Michaels online 6/26 but have really stepped it up and started working out on 7/1 so I guess I'm right on track with everyone here. I am starting the 30 day Shred DVD that came with my online subscription today because it just came in the mail yesterday. Here are my stats:

I'm 5'4"
SW- 166
CW- 160
G1-150
G2-140
G3-130
FG-125

It's said that in 30 days of the shred you can lose 20lbs but right now I'm doubtful because I keep going up in lbs due to my sudden spike in working out but we'll see! Good luck to everyone and I really look forward to staying motivated with you all!

There is a quote floating round the forums saying:

Everyone must suffer 1 of 2 things - the pain of discipline or the pain of regret and disappointment

Lets use this for our motto this week and get motivated!
