I'm gonna try to incorporate IF into my WW program maybe after a month of just trying WW. I think it's best for me to stick to one thing for now other than trying to do too many things at once - I have a habit of constantly looking for "newer and better" things and I never actually get started because I'm in a state of constant planning to do things, if that makes sense. I also figure it may be best if I weigh myself weekly so I can adjust my points according to my weight. I noticed just a 5 pound loss or gain can add or subtract a point in my daily value so I need to keep close track of my weight.
I'll get my official July starting weight on Friday and start posting my weekly weights on Tuesdays with you girls! Thanks for getting this started Blondie, and good luck to everyone!!
