Hi I'd like to join too. My goal for June is to do some type of exercise 6 days each week.
June 1: two 30 minute walks June 2: 40 minute strength training DVD June 3: rest day June 4: 40 minute bike ride June 5: 25 minute run/walk (outdoors) June 6: 25 minute walk; rode bike to work (4 miles) June 7: 25 minute walk; 15 minute strength training June 8: rode bike to work (4 miles); 35 minute walk June 9: 40 minute walk Jun 10: rest Jun 11: 20 min aerobics DVD Jun 12: 1 mile walk/run on treadmill |

As of 6/2/2011, I have completed W1D2 of C25k and L1D3 of 30DS. I'll be completing Week one of C25k tomorrow. :) |

I am hoping to achieve all my goals this month!! June Goals: 900minutes of Cardio, 450minutes of Strength & walk the dogs 3x's a week. I found it too hard with Ethans Baseball schedule to get in 5 dog walks in a week with out life getting in the way haha Good luck to everyone in JUNE:carrot: |

I was going to take a long walk today, but the forecast is for 96 degrees! I'm not ready for that. Working on a Plan B.
