Let's move into summer with energy and exercise!

I'm in. It was fun keeping track of my workouts last month. :D The week of the 13th will be a no-go. I'm teaching VBS during childcare hours at my gym, so won't be going at all that week.

I'm going to set a more reasonable goal for myself this month, and baring any more hospital stays, I intend to make it! I'm going to shoot for exercising 24/30 days and a total of 50 miles walked.

I'm in on this challenge as well... Working out is my goal for the summer. I'm a teacher and have the summer off, no excuses. My goal will be 1,980 minutes of working out. This equivalent to working out 90 min a day, every Monday through Friday in June. I will be doing a mix of TurboJam, Chalean Extreme and Jogging/Walking.
