Beila: SERIOUSLY AWESOME JOB!!!!!!! I have never had to struggle with binging myself, but from what I read around here I gather that it can be extremely difficult. I am so impressed that you managed to meet that goal! Do it again for June!!!!! Seriously, way to go.
Ferumbras: I hear you on the water weight! I have been battling it all week long, and am still up a pound from where I was on Monday despite eating on plan all week! And when I try to do any running at all, my scale shoots up by about 3 lbs, lol. But, if we're on plan we know we are losing, regardless of what the scale says. (Not that it's not completely frustrating in the meantime!) Whether the number on the scale on Tuesday is your goal number or not, you've done an amazing job this month!

PS - I always use the morning of the first of the month as my end weight for the previous month and start weight for the next month. So if you don't see the number you're looking for on Tuesday, use your June 1 morning weight.
