Michelle--Love that you actually found a video of herding cats! Made me giggle. Great job Platoon with kicking the butt-er this great Spring Day. I ran off and did what I said I would do to start this week off right!! Cleaned house, walked, yoga done, tracked my food and gulping down water now. I will make up for it! My butt will be properly sore by the end of the week for not getting my butt-er melted! |

To show my appreciation i've got another couple comparison photos, my mom found another photo of me... i can't even believe that was me. http://img33.imageshack.us/img33/6874/bleh2c.gif The new blurry one is from today, i can finally wear my old old retro style leather jacket again without looking ridiculous, well IMO anyway, i know it's blurry, it's just as well because i always look so mad /nasty in pictures even though i am not. I still have some ways to go and will never look like i did but whatever, water under the bridge. BTW, your posts inspired me to say to **** with my rest day ( was just moping around anyway) so i did my walk and feel better for it. Surrogate Sarge, just a quick :wave: before I hit the sack . . . Tomorrow's plan: Off work so, JM's No More Problem Zones, 400 crunches, 100 push-ups and am planning a hike at a local state park to celebrate the first full day of Spring (temps near 50) . . . maybe the hike will have to be double time . . . oh yeah . . . Michele; I think you were looking for upper body exercises . . . push ups are great, if that's not enough then put your feet up on a step or couch and then do the push ups or get a back pack and put a sack of flour or sugar, or both and do the push ups, can you say 1-arm push ups. I do JM's No More Trouble Zones and it is a killer, Also 30 day shred, Level 2, kills my shoulders. I don't know, just a thought. |
I really have no idea how to navigate this but I'll give it a shot. I plan to lose 3 lbs this week.

New Day!
Today I woke up early as planned and did my Turbo Jam 20 minute video...not sure if it was the right one, however...I'm just getting used to all the videos and actually writing down the schedule after I'm done this post. Everyone here is so freaking motivating it's not even funny. I was trying to tell my mom about it and I think you kinda have to be involved to understand. So I don't work tomorrow (well today I guess) until eleven soooo tomorrows checklist:
1.) Vitamins: (I freakin suck at remembering to take them) 2.) Water: (at least 2 L) 3.) Video: Cardio Party and Ab Jam (I looked it up) 4.) Gym: 2.5 mile walk/run 5.) Grocery Shopping: and if I can figure out how to upload pictures I will....of the food of course! 6.) Sleep: 8 hrs? (it's a stretch but worth a goal) Being that I didn't make a checklist for 3/20 I'll go by the one above and see how I'm doin so far 1.) forgot vitamins.... 2.) 1.5L down, .5 to go to make goal 3.) 20 minute Jam complete 4.) didn't have time for the gym, hence short video... 5.) packed healthy lunch and ate healthy out with my family for my brothers birthday dinner...feels good when I make good choices! 6.) slept 5.5 hours (feeling ok though..not to tired or wired) So that's where I'm at for now folks! |

Brand new week to make it happen! MadamB-You are on! No way you are leaving me in the dust for Sarge to get! Michelle-Tricep dips are great upper body exercise too. Just grab some dumbbells and do some curls, over head presses, shoulder press, rows. Good luck!. Resolute-You are looking fly in your leather jacket. LOL--did anyway else ever use the word fly back in the day. Awesome job man. As for me, I have a 3 mile run planned and some leg exercises! Tracking my food and I'm about to go fill up my water bottle now. |
