Stats first, eh? Down 2.5 pounds as opposed to 3. Grrrr. Pledge for the new week: 2 pounds. And a question for all. Alright, I have access to gym, it's a very nice gym full of things to do. However, for the next month or so my workout buddy is going to be halfway around the world and... I don't really trust anyone else to spot me. So! What are some fun strength exercise (woo weights) that can be done solo? |

Sgt Rainbow Miles, I am checking in! I lost 1lb this week.. my goal was 2. I stayed 100% on plan and went to the gym 6 out of 7 days. I worked hard, so the 1lb is frustrating, but I wont give up! (It is TOM, so I know I am retaining water, but Sarge doesn't want excuses lol)
I pledge 2lbs again this week! Off to the gym I go, to melt some more butt-er! |

Hello all,
Lots of sleep, nyquil and chicken soup seemed to have done the trick. I'm just feeling the cold a bit, but I'm doing better. Not sure I'm going to exercise today because I want to give 110% this week. I am at 219 this morning (!!!), but BARELY made it. My weight has been all over the place since getting sick. Yesterday before bed it was 225!! I think the soup has a lot of sodium in it though?? I'm trying to drink a lot of water but it just doesn't taste right when I'm sick. Anyway, Sarge, put me down for a pledge of another pound lost this week! |
