Down 2.5 pounds as opposed to 3. Grrrr.
Pledge for the new week: 2 pounds.

And a question for all. Alright, I have access to gym, it's a very nice gym full of things to do. However, for the next month or so my workout buddy is going to be halfway around the world and... I don't really trust anyone else to spot me. So! What are some fun strength exercise (woo weights) that can be done solo?

Sgt Rainbow Miles, I am checking in! I lost 1lb this week.. my goal was 2. I stayed 100% on plan and went to the gym 6 out of 7 days. I worked hard, so the 1lb is frustrating, but I wont give up! (It is TOM, so I know I am retaining water, but Sarge doesn't want excuses lol)

I pledge 2lbs again this week! Off to the gym I go, to melt some more butt-er!

Lost 2 pounds ... Just gotta push myself next week. This was a weird week went by so fast didn't think I was gonna lose any so anyways next week I'm pledging 1.5

Hello all,
Lots of sleep, nyquil and chicken soup seemed to have done the trick. I'm just feeling the cold a bit, but I'm doing better. Not sure I'm going to exercise today because I want to give 110% this week.
I am at 219 this morning (!!!), but BARELY made it. My weight has been all over the place since getting sick. Yesterday before bed it was 225!! I think the soup has a lot of sodium in it though?? I'm trying to drink a lot of water but it just doesn't taste right when I'm sick.

Anyway, Sarge, put me down for a pledge of another pound lost this week!
