I am a little upset with myself, somehow i have let this defeatist attitude creep up on me.
Enough, today will be a double header to make up/punish myself for this transgression. Two long and hard walks (18Km today), one right shortly and another this evening, in between i will clean the aquariums and my floors, two things i find tedious, thems the breaks. Oh will also do a little grocery shopping and come up with a food plan for the coming week. Back in from leg one of my make or break day, actually a beautiful morning , walked a little extra even, strangely enough.
Time to prep for a few hours out and about then it's back home to clean with an extra extra long hard walk this evening. I'll never let it be said i gave up this last chance without putting up a fight. "I'm wrestled to the rages today" :mad: |

I absolutely brutalized myself today, i am truly wiped right now, walked around 20 KM hard all together, cleaned the house top to bottom, scrubbed the floors, cleaned the aquariums, went grocery shopping, did some laundry, cleaned my bedding, made a nice meal then got on the scale after my walk and i was exactly 239, i made my 4 pounds but it was a gruelling feat this week.
I am going to have a hot bath and lie on the couch and rest. Take care everyone. |
