Morning Troops!
It's Friday! Whooo. So Dreamer did you hit some pavement this morning? I tried to be an early morning workout person but yeah, I just could not keep up with it. It would be nice, it's really is a great time for a run outside like you mentioned! I'm playing hooky from work today. So I'll use my time to clean up the house and dance around. I have an 8 mile run planned in the evening. And yes, even though I'm not going to work I've been tossing and turning since 4:30 am, so I'm up even earlier than I usually am on a work day. Why does that happen!?! Oh well. Platoon, time to kick the tires and light the fires. |

Morning Sarge SiR and fellow PVTs!
I don't know what is going on and am starting to get depressed about my tiny weightloss this week. So far only down 1.5lbs! Grrrrrr... The last 2 days I've been walking on treadmill til it feels like my legs will fall off, and been today Cardio Max twice a day. I don't get it. No TOM and I don't feel like I'm retaining.. Dear body, what is going ON?? Ok, off to walk some more, this time I will walk til my legs actually do fall off. |

So they had utility turkeys on sale for .96 a pound last weekend and i bought one, but then i came home and just put it in the fridge out of laziness ( well that and my abrupt detour to the hospital), pretty much has been in the back of my mind and my indecision over what to do with it has forged it's own outcome, it's thawed now so i just spent a couple of hours making some stuffing and getting it in the oven. :D
Ugh ! it's a lot of work, i particularly detest cleaning the carcass, but should last me a couple of weeks give or take with freezing some etc... Not sure if i will make any potatoes or not, maybe just enough for a couple of meals. :devil: Cleaned the house till midnight last night, ( took advantage of my stellar mood ), should clean the turtles tank next, i purchased him ten feeder minnows yesterday as a treat and it seems there was a blood bath sometime between now and then, zero left other than a couple body parts. Seymour the gluttonous pig. :p Still fairly early today so i will get in a quick walk shortly, then maybe finally clean the truck, afterwards i need to go get my dressing changed at home care, then another walk and finally i will finish this meal and clean up. Bleh ! :D More ramblings from me, :dizzy: just trying to stay busy. Honestly i can't wait to go back to work next week. Hope everyone has a fulfilling friday. :) Sizzlingina : Don't let a pause in your loss deter you, stick with your calorie burn routine/restriction and it will come, honest. :) |

UP AND AT 'EM PRIVATES! Chesire Yes I did! Right now I am sitting here wondering where the energy I had about this time yesterday went, but yes...yes I did go running at 5 am. I still like having the extra time, but I am a little sleeping and im like hmmmm wonder if I can go back to bed..... ROFL. hopefully I will feel better after my shower. On the whole awake even earlier thing I HATE that! Good thing is though you can take a nap! Rainbow: LOL when I read the 4 lbs and straight to the gym thing three things went through my head at once. 1. wait... shes on vacation. 2 .....its not weigh in day and 3 ohh right, april fools day. HAVE FUN IN FLORIDA! Sizzling are you eating too little? exercising like that you need more calories. Also, I bet you that work you are doing today will show up in about a week...that is how it ALWAYS goes for me. Sarge very sexy shadow! I know morning routines are good for me but bleh..earllyyyyy I want bed ROFL. maybe if I let myself have a nap in the day or something LOL. Pvt VickieLou reporting for duty. I hope to have more time here now. I had a butt kicking workout with my trainer yesterday. We meet 2x a week and I do weights 1x a week myself. I should do cardio 5 to 6 times a week. Last week I had a cold and trainer off the whole week. I only worked out a half hour one day. So I need to get back on plan and melt some Butt-er this Month. Good Luck, Everyone! Warmer weather will be here in the Midwest soon. :drill: |

Well, Round 1 completed, errands run, laundry almost finished and roomie is sick again . . . migraine only this time . . . <sigh> he's sleeping now. Getting ready for Round 2 as soon as I finish posting. There WILL be THREE ROUNDS TODAY, UGH!! Rainbow; Have fun on vacation, soak up some sun for ME . . . Peanut: i love it , fairy or dragon Reso: You crack me up . . . molesting SARGE . . . Dreamer: I think you were up before SARGE blew that horn DCap: You are making it happen . . . Sarge just a quick check in - I weighed myself this morning for my April 1st weigh in... and I am down 2lbs so far this week :carrot: The scale is moving faster again :D
sizzling be patient.. sometimes I only lose 1lb a week, others 3lbs - doing the same thing.. our bodies seem to want to drop it when they feel like it lol 1.5lbs is awesome though.. be proud! |
