1/1: 30 min yoga; 30/1300*
1/2: 45 min dance DVD; 75/1300*
1/3: 30 min free dance, 30 min yoga; 135/1300*
1/4: 40 min treadmill; 175/1300*
1/5: 45 min yoga; 220/1300*
1/6: 25 min walking; 245/1300*
1/7: 45 min treadmill; 290/1300*

1/8: 45 min dance DVD; 335/1300*

Just stopping in because I can't sleep! I have run 14 miles this month but haven't done my abs DVD at all. Need to commit to the abs routine.

Here's my January so far:

1. Shabbat -- no exercise, didn't even take a walk
2. Walked to work, 3 kms, no gym, got a ride home = 3 kms
3. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms
4. 6 kms walking, 5 kms elliptical = 11 kms
5. Just 3 kms from last night, raining today so I took the bus to work and skipped the gym
6. Slipped and fell on my coccyx yesterday, looks like no walking for a few days.
7. I managed to slow walk 4 kms, but it hurt!
8. Shabbat -- rainy and giving my sore coccyx a rest.
9. No exercise, coccyx still a bit sore.
10. 5 km on the elliptical at the gym, 3 km walk to work = 8 km today so far!

This makes 40kms so far.

Yay! I'm back on track!

Hi all! Sorry, I have not been posting - I've been out of town. But I have been exercising!! Here's an updated total for the month.

1/1/11 So far, 32 minutes this morning. 968 more to go.
1/2/11 Only got 24 minutes in before the little one woke up. Maybe I'll get more in later. Regardless, 924 minutes to go!
(and mt new goal - not trying to do 3 hours on the last day of the challenge)
1/3/11 - 45 minutes
1/4/11 - 23 minutes
1/6/11 - 25 minutes
1/7/11 - 25 minutes
1/8/11 - 30 minutes

If I added up my minutes correctly, that gives me a grand total of 204 - a little behind where I should be. I need to start stepping it up, but bad weather and travel delays are not working with me. :(

Okay so far this month got all the watp workouts in I wanted.
I am currently at 10 miles walked and 145 minutes/310minutes (my base goal).
I think I'll just update here for the week so I can see my progress
mon jan 10: 1mile (10 miles this month)
tues jan 11: 2 mile (12 miles done) 190/310 minutes
wed jan 12: 1 mile (13 miles done) 205/310 minutes

thurs jan 13:
fri jan 14:
sat jan 15:
sun jan 16:

Hi every one. My exercise goals are: Yoga 3 times a week for 30 mins and walk 30 mins 3 times a week. Start simple and work up.
