I can't be bothered to track here daily since I track in My Fitness Pal, but I've been doing well sticking with 3 days/wk of circuit training--alternating circuit training with cardio.

All the Zumba videos I did on YouTube have been taken down because the Zumba people are idiots and don't want their certified instructors inspiring people to do Zumba--presumably because they can't make money off it. Bummer. Anyway, I'm trying to find other videos and new inspiration for my cardio workouts.

Gardenerjoy: how's your back feeling? I hope it heals soon--and be careful in the icy weather!

Good job everyone, working hard to keep those holiday pounds away!

Well, my goal is out the window. I've had no time for formal exercise with being sick and all the runnning around and housework I've been doing, but I still feel good since I've been VERY active, just nothing formal. Had to check in and post to at least keep in the habit of being on here for when things slow down next week and into next month!
