Did 38 minutes of cardio on the treadmill yesterday followed by 30 minutes of strength training with free weights. I plan to hit the gym again today, during lunch, to do 60 minutes of cardio. After work, my exercise plan calls for 45 minutes of core training, 30 minutes more of cardio, and 15 minutes of upper body strength training. I will update my 'ticker' tomorrow to reflect the progress. Hope everyone else is having a great day. :)

Hi all
I've had to rearrange my 'weeks' to make the 6/7 goal fit in with my work schedule (I have one day/week where exercise just isn't possible, but it changes between Tues and Thurs...) - Monday - Sunday works best for me. So... Week 2 6th - 45 mins swimming - :barbell: 7th - none 8th - 20mins JM's 30DS, 45 mins pilates - :barbell: 9th - bugger, another day missed. :( Hey ho!! Straight back on it tomorrow! :) 10th - Natalie Cassidy - 50 mins - :barbell: 11th - nothing :( 12th - 90 mins walking - :barbell: Happy exercising everyone!! X |

elaine19: consider strength training at home using your own body weight (push ups, crunches) and heavy objects like filled milk jugs or heavy books. It can be a nice way to mix things up with your gym workout.

I was aiming for just 5 min a day this month for 55 min. Instead I did 21min today and now am at 49min/155min for the month. I'm glad I started up again! I've moved myself deliberately 3 days out of 10 so far... three days more than the last few months for sure!
