12/1: 50 min treadmill; 50/1500

Thus far (between yesterday and today, 2 Dec 2010) I have completed 105 minutes of cardio with 60 minutes of walking yesterday and 45 minutes of running today to put towards my goal of 1200 minutes of cardio for the month of December. :cp: In addition to the cardio today, I also completed 30 minutes of strength training using free weights. I think I'm off to a good start. :D

1st 30mins cardio and 45mins free weights 2nd 20mins cardio and 30mins free weights 20mins yoga Hopefully soon my goals can be as intensive as some of yours, I think I need to boost up my cardio but my legs are already sooo tired after just 2 days...I am a work in progress haha 50mins cardio 95mins free weights/yoga |

Even though Monday and Tuesday were in November I'm counting the workouts I did because it is part of this week. I'm going to do my second HITT workout today, and then a workout tomorrow makes my goals for the first week.

I'm going to get better about posting...can't believe I'm just now getting to it. So far, I've been running around doing errands and stuff, so very little formal exercise. Tomorrow will be a good long workout to get into the swing of things properly.

Dang it! I totally screwed up this weekend. I was so busy, I had almost no time to do formal exercise. I'm gonna try to sneak in something this evening so it's not a complete bust!
