Back exercises are going great. The daily stretching is very relaxing. I've only done 30 minutes of cardio. I did buy Dance Dance 2 for the Wii and I'm really looking forward to doing that.
Man, this is a bad way to start off the month--I haven't tracked food or exercise since the first.
12.1: 25 min. Circuit training, 50 min. zumba
12.2: 60 min. zumba (? I didn't track it, so don't really remember)
12.3: 40 min. Circuit training (? I'm pretty sure this was what I did)
12.4: Swimming (well, sort of--pool aerobics, don't really know how long)
12.5: 20 minutes elliptical machine at the hotel--all I had time for
Okay, now I'm back home and ready to get back with the program... Thanks gardenerjoy, for keeping the thread going! My goal for the month is no more than one day off per week, and circuit training 2-3 times per week.
I made my goals for last week, now to start on this one. I'm planning step aerobics for this afternoon and tomorrow I'll do my first HITT for the week.
Over the weekend I had a cardio burst. After work on Friday, I did 90 minutes of various cardio along with a lower body workout. On saturday, I was on the treadmill for 60 minutes of cardio followed by 60 minutes of aerobics. Sunday mirrored saturday's activities with another 60/60 session of cario and aerobics. Combine that with my last post of the previous 105 minutes of cardio to bring me to a total of 435 minutes of cardio thus far towards my goal of 1200 minutes of cardio. I'm on my way!!! Great job to everyone else for also staying focused and active. Your focus gives me focus!

I guess the game I bought was Just Dance 2, not Dance Dance 2. I did 30 minutes this morning and was sweating! It was so much fun. Of course, I did have the blinds on the windows closed:-)
