  • Today, I weighed and measured myself. I went down 2.00 pounds since last week as well as 1/2 inch gone on BOTH my waist AND my hips! I'm feeling pretty awesome about my progress this week.

    I made sure to stay active on my food and fitness plan through out the weekend as well. My fitness for the weekend consisted of 90 minutes of cardio on the treadmill on Saturday followed by 50 minutes of combined cardio and strength training on the PS3 Acitive 2. Sunday's fitness consisted of 30 minutes of light cardio and 45 minutes of cardio and strength on the PS3 Active 2. (I'm liking the PS3 Active 2, Low impact, High Intensity!) Today's Fitness Plan: - 60 minutes of cardio via treadmill
    - 45 minutes cardio & lower body strength training
    - 30 minutes via PS3 Active 2






    Dec 2010 mini goal 1: 10/15 lbs {193 pounds by 1 Jan 2011}
    Dec 2010 mini goal 2: 1183/1200 cardio
  • I made last weeks workout goals, now to have a great week three!

    I'm planning Turbo Fire 45 and a strength workout (haven't decided what) for this afternoon, I'll probably do my first HIIT tomorrow.

  • didn't quite manage 6/7 in week 2, did 4/7. It's fine, I'm not going to beat myself up about it, I know what happened and I'm at peace (!) with the decisions I made, if not entirely happy with them...

    So onwards and upwards for week 3!!

  • Thank you all for your support and encouragement! Today is Tuesday, and the random day of this week I've chosen for a Double Workout! Today's fitness plan is as follows:

    - 45 minutes of cardio via treadmill
    - 30 minutes of weight training
    - 60 minutes of cardio via aerobics
    - 45 minutes lower body strength training
    - 35 minutes of cardio & strength via PS3 Active 2

  • On track with my goals this week so far.

    I did my first HIIT yesterday and then some light step aerobics after for about 20 minutes. Today I'm probably going to do an easier workout, most likely Turbo Jam Cardio Party or Cardio Party 2 and maybe Ab Jam as well.

    Tomorrow is a rest day, and I'll most likely do my second HIIT on Friday.
  • Bunneh, Good job on the HIIT. The PS3 Active 2 that I do uses HIIT strategy at least two times a week. I feel like a weak blob of jello when it's over.

    Today, my Fitness Plan for the day is as follows:

    - 60 minutes of cardio via treadmill
    - 45 minutes of core training
