Welcome to the newcomers!

I only got 6 minutes done last night. I wasn't as exhausted as the previous two nights but I actually had to do work related work last night (darn, I hate when that happens) and just didn't have time to Wii. But I'll bring it home tomorrow and start adding up those minutes!

Welcome Blueyes!

I'm slowly plugging away at my June goal. Now that my piggy has turned silver my current motivation is to get my Wii Fit weight down into the "obese" category. Right now the bar is above the top of Obese even though BMI-wise I went from morbidly to severely obese 5 or 10 pounds ago. So every time I get on the balance board I'm hoping the bar will move down.

I got another 45 minutes in just now but I'm realizing I'm going to have to kick it up notch since it's nearly the middle of the month and I'm not halfway.

How are the rest of you Wii-sters doing???

Hi all! Hope everyone is having a great weekend!

Quick report: I managed to complete 60 mins on Wii Fit on Fri. And I just finished a 65 min workout today.

So that gives me a grand total of....315/1000

Vladadog: I'm with you, it's time to kick it up a notch! I have 685 mins to go for the month.

You would think with all this exercising, I would see a better scale decline. Oh well, I keep telling myself; Building muscle burns fat. I just think for every 2 lbs of fat I burn, I must be gaining 3 lbs of muscle. (Hey gotta think positive!!)

My goal is 100 min a week.

I try and do 20 min every other day, but will gear up for a little more!

Total for month, 400 min!

1 - 20
2 - 0
3 - 27
4 - 0
5 - 25
Weekly total = 72 (close, but only 5 days

Last month I had a great weight loss (over 15 pounds)! And I credit the Wii with some of that because it sure does get me up and moving when I would otherwise be reading or on the computer or eating something I really am not hungry for. This month, not so much but the scale keeps going down slow but sure so I'm okay with it.

I am getting fitter thanks to the Wii - exercises I couldn't begin to really do a couple months ago I can pretty much always do now and not look terribly pathetic....

I have just rediscovered exercise with the Wii - I have been doing Wii Fit and Walk About It

My goal for the moth is 400 minutes, and so far I have done 149/400 minutes

Todays total - 32 min

Basic Step for a warm up, Advanced step, 10 min of free step, Advanced Hula Hoop, for cool down - two Yoga poses, 2 x's on ski jump, 2 x's on the marble table game

Walk about it is on tomorrows agenda!

I just spent 30 minutes on the EA Sports Active. I was underwhelmed. I can see using it for the resistance band upper body stuff but everything else I did I liked things better over on the Fit. I'm glad I got it for cheap!

I just bought a copy of Wii Sports Resort on ebay. I'm hoping there will be more fun "keep me moving" games on it to help motivate me.

I think I'll make my minutes for this month but just barely. Summer just isn't the best time for me to find Wii time. And usually I find time at work but recently that's been a challenge too.

I hope everyone else is getting their minutes in!
