  • I swear, the only reason I got the Wii out tonight was becauase of this challenge. But I'm glad I did.

    I did 32 minutes on the Fit and then broke out Wii Sports Resort (used off eBay) for the first time. Most of the activites aren't a work out but they are fun. I only counted my sword fighting toward my minutes (but I had to estimate that since I couldn't find a place it kept track of how many minutes it took me to get killed.

    Anyway, i feel like I might make my goal for the month but just barely...

    I love the Wii Fit. I have EA Sports, Punchout, Wii sport resort, and My Fitness Coach. My fav is still Wii Fit though.

    I want to work on the strength training on the Wii Fit 1 a week. I like to finish my workouts with yoga so I'll keep doing that.

    Adding this to my already set workouts will give me an extra day to workout.

    Although since I'm in the middle of moving there may be a week I'm not able to play, but hopefully that won't be the case.
  • Well, I'm pretty sure I won't make my goal for this month. Close, but not all the way there.

    I hope everyone else does better! Still one day to go!
