chickies if you can post each day what your exercise minutes are it makes it much easier to keep track of. Thank you. We had a total of 2749 for the month. Lets see if we can make 5000 minutes of exercising this month. Do you think that we can push ourselves a wee bit. Remember bathing suits are just around the bend.

My goal for this month:

Push up the cardio!!

Keep the 2 classes 3 times a week routine.

Start running again (after the marathon this weekend, I have decided I want to run next year's)!

Bike to work at least once a week (20KM each way) and fix up my bike.

June 4 - 95 total-WATP (5 miles) 20 minutes Resistance bands
June 5 - 105 total-WATP (5 miles) 30 minutes Resistance bands
June 6 - 90 minutes heavy labor! I don't know if you will count it but I was sweating up a storm!!
June 7 - 90 total-WATP (4 miles) 15 minutes floor toning exercise 15 min resistance training
June 8 -
June 9 -
June 10 - 120 total-WATP (5 miles) 45 minutes resistance bands
June 11 - 120 total-WATP (4 miles) 60 minutes resistance bands
June 12 -
June 13 - 90 minutes heavy labor
June 14 -
June 15 - 30 minutes swimming

June 17 - 75 total-30 minutes punk rock aerobics 45 lawn mowing (I did it for the exercise, normally is hubby's job)

7 June: 60 (25 min cardio (run); 20 min weights; 15 min stretching)
8 June: 60 25 min cardio (bike); 20 min weights; 15 min stretching)
10 June: 60 (60 min walking)
11 June: 45 (25 min (eliptical); 20 min weights)
13 June: 45 (30 min powerwalking); 15 min weights)

My goal is my total workout at least 3x a week, if not more!

June 1- zip, zero, nadda unless you count lugging my crapola back up 3 flights of stairs [hey, it took 4 trips!]
June 2- gym for workout -- 30 min cardio, 45 minute strength training, cool down
June 3- walked 1.5 miles
June 4- gym for workout -- 30 min cardio, 45 minute strength training, cool down
