so, i've olny lost two pounds? i'm cool with that because i can tell i've lost a lot of inches. probably should measure myself. i know i went from a 42D to a 40D. i had to get a new bra. that was cool.
Yesterday still wasn't 100% OP and this morning I'm feeling it. I'm kinda sick to my stomach.
Amazing how good I feel when I'm eating right. It sure doesn't take much sugar to make me feel bad!
Today is a new day and I'm going to greet it with a renewed commitment
I haven't been chcking in but I've been diligently working away at my June goal and today, with one whole day to spare I made it. My goal was 230 and this morning I was 229.4!!!
Okay, I guess I have to fess up. It was my friend's birthday and last night we went to a soiree to meet her. There were restaurants sampling awesome food, wineries sampling wines, and a bar serving cold, wet vodka and sodas with lime (and even some jagerbomb shot someone bought me, wtf?). I didn't really even pay attention to what the calories might have been while I was eating and drinking. I had a blast, saw a lot of people I hadn't in a long time and got LOTS of compliments on how great I look. How can that not be fun?
Today? Not so fun. The scale didn't think so either. We'll see what tomorrow brings. Not exactly how I'd planned on rounding out this month, but I don't regret it.

LouisaH: My trip was ok. It was an emotional rollercoaster. I over ate but I think that I lost weight because the food is less processed than here. I ate at least 3 times dulce de leche granizado ice cream, which is a caramel flavored ice cream which little pieces of chocolate, my childhood favorite. I also ate a lot of “no no” food and I lost weight anyway. I noticed that cereal bars are smaller in Argentina although they are from the same brands than here. I’m sorry to hear that your weight it is stuck, but I’m sure that you will lose it soon!
Susie Martin, I went ahead and marked your daily check in goal to red too, Hope that is ok, I am pretty sure you did it, and wanted to let you enjoy both goals completed. If I am wrong, let me know! Congrats to you and all of ladies that reached goal This month!

Not smoking
127 pounds
I have lost 3 pounds this month and weigh 128. And I decided to make that my maintenance weight for the time being. So in a way, I succeed despite not making my goal for the challenge.
As for the smoking, I quit again today. I can't claim success yet. It's only been 3 hours.
Well, I haven't checked in for a while (erm... since the begining of the month!) Well, my goal was to lose 10 pounds which I'm not going to do, I was down 4.25 lbs this morning. I was actually 6 lbs down halfway through the month and then I put 3 lbs back on! I'm going to do my final weigh in on the 1st and I'm hoping to have lost a total 6 lbs by then.
Yay SusieMartin- You did it! I knew you wouldn't let me down! Very proud of you girl! I noticed earlier in the week you were bush-hogging. That is one of my favorite things to do! I love being on the tractor, noone can bother me. Even with all the noise, it is kinda peaceful to me. Do you have a big farm? Cattle, horses? I hope you have a POP day!
