April has been a slow month for me so I'm making it a goal to push myself as hard as I can in May so...

1st goal: Get back on track with eating healthy and exercising everyday

2nd goal: To get out off the 200s

I want to get down to somewhere between 190-195, back to counting calories, and exercising 5-6 times a week. April was a lazy month.

Hmmm... ok. I don't know if I want to set a goal weight for the end of this month. They just depress me when I don't reach them. I think I'm gonna go with:

1. avg 1800 cal/day a week
2. track food eaten at least 85% of the time
3. check into threads more for support and motivation
4. no impulse cheat meals that send me way over calories
5. update my SparkBlog at least 1x per week

I really need to crack down on myself and regain my focus. I've been hovering around this weight for a few months now. Hopefully, going home at the end of the month will be the motivation I need- and hopefully when I get there I won't regain everything I lose in May.

Side note: If anyone is interested in an email buddy, PM me. Since I work in an office, it's easier for me to go back and forth with someone that way to stay on track.

Ok. I lied. My weight this morning is 194.4. I'm determined to get out of the 190s this month, so I'm adding <190 to my goals.

AND today's my first 5K!!! Run Amuck DC!!! I'll let you ladies know how it goes. :)

My start weight for this challenge is 191
I seem to only losing 1 lb a week so I better change my goal - I think I will change it to 6 lbs so that will put me at 185 by the end of the month!

So, essentially I am starting over again like last month, only this time I'm shooting higher...I know, I'm crazy... but it seemed like at higher goals I got closer... go figure. So, I am going to get to.... 210 in the month of may... and that is a loss of 17 lbs.

I'm back for May.
April wasn't so good. I've been binging and I gained a pound :(
My weight this morning was 264...ugghh..I can't believe it.

My goal for May is:
Weigh myself only 1 time this month - May 31st.
1300 - 1400 cal per day
Walk 6 times a week
Check in to this thread or another 3FC at least once a day

i weighed in at 170 this morning. hoping it's temporary. i did some yard work today and am really watching what i've been eating so far today. my weigh-in days will still be thursday.

I would love to join the May Challenge. This is my bday month (May 25th) so it would be a nice gift to myself. I am relatively new, but am down 4lbs my first week.

For this month I am aiming to:
1) Stay on the lower end of my calorie range (current range is 1600-1900)
2) Work-out six days a week
3) Get ALL of my water in (been drinking about 32oz, not 64oz like I should)
4) Take steps toward kicking my sugar addiction
5) Continue to jounal all food I put in my mouth
