Well, no change this week. Better than gaining of course, but still frustrating because I think it will be close to impossible to meet my goal in time now. It's my own fault. I only exercised 2 times last week... My goal for the final weigh in next week will be 2 pounds, putting me at 165 and halfway to my goal weight.
