Even though nobody else is posting anymore I'm going to still track progress here. I lost this week! Whooooo!

I REALLY think I can hit my goal. I'm going to continue with the 6 days at the gym and lower my carbs a bit.

I Shytowngirl! I am still planning on posting here too!! i only weigh in every second week though... i went WAY up this week! i'm not going to get discouraged yet though, has to be accounted for in water weight or something! i'm going to push harder and hope for the best for my next weigh in!

Glad you're still here Aubrey! I'm sure you're retaining water or maybe it is close to TOM? Keep pushing and you'll probably see a huge whoosh next weigh in.

Well, no change this week. Better than gaining of course, but still frustrating because I think it will be close to impossible to meet my goal in time now. It's my own fault. I only exercised 2 times last week... My goal for the final weigh in next week will be 2 pounds, putting me at 165 and halfway to my goal weight.

hey! i hear you! i've been finding it really hard to keep on track now that the weather is getting nice and social events keep coming up. unfortunately i found out yesterday that i have high cholesterol. it sucks but i am hoping the further diet changes and exercise will help my weight loss and result in a healthier cholesterol no.

i'm at 165 this week. i'm not sure if i'll be able to reach my goal but still going to plug away. i have been bouncing between 165 and 167 but i finally feel like i am only going down from here. it's been a couple months and i hope i'm past it. We'll see on the 13th i guess!

Great work! Keep it going, you're right on track to meet your goal. I'm finishing one pound shy of my goal. I worked my butt off this week to meet it. It looks like you're continuing through July Aubrey, I will too, but I need a new goal:

i hope not either!!
i'm a little afraid for my next weigh in... it's over a week from now but i'm just getting over a flu and haven't exercised, i am having my own birthday party tomorrow and damn it, i'm eating the cake! haha... and then my mom is coming to visit for a few days so probably won't get the exercise in that i need... oh well, i will continue to eat right and get in as much exercise and i can. i'm getting anxious to see the lbs really come off.

Happy Birthday!!! Definitely have some cake, it's YOUR day. I've heard that weightloss is 80% diet 20% exercise. I find that to be true. If I miss a couple days or even a week of working out I still lose. If I eat poorly a few days but am exercising anyway I show a gain.

It's hard to exercise when guests are in town, just get back into it when they leave. Have a wonderful day tomorrow!

My birthday was great! we had drumstick cake!! my favorite, chocolate base, cream cheese, pb and coolwhip centre and then frozen to perfection! it was delicious! also spent a day at the spa with my mom so that was great! i weighted myself yesterday morning and i haven't gained so that's good.. not losing either but wasn't expecting to this week. My dad is coming to the city tonight and we're going to go out for supper then back on track for me! Thanks for checking in.
