Down 2 pounds from last week. I can't wait to get out of the 160's, I feel like I've been here forever! This week is going to be tough for me. My boyfriends family is coming to visit and they LOVE to eat and drink. I know I'll stay on plan but will be faced with many temptations.

4/19: 175
4/26: 172.5
5/3: 168

Good for you! you're doing so well!! i am finding it so hard. Summer time is here and with summer has been a ton of temptation. I am going to stay on track all week and try my best this coming weekend when i'm back home. huh, just starting to get frustrated with it... starting a new bootcamp class tomorrow though!

You're so close to your goal, I'm sure that is why it is getting slower to come off. I'm sure that bootcamp will help - if not with pounds, then def. inches! I have been slacking HUGE on my workouts. Seriously, summer has made me lazy, which is crazy as I thought I'd be more active as it got warmer. My goal this week is for 6 days of workouts, even with guests in town - no excuses for me anymore.

What weight loss plan do you follow? I'm on WW, but thinking about switching to calorie counting soon, since it's free.

thanks i want nothing more than to be in a bikini before the summer ends but i refuse to wear one and be self conscious!
i've been okay with workouts but it's the eating plan that i'm having trouble sticking too, when i'm at my house i keep healthy snacks but when i go visit my family (which i do quite frequently in the summer) it's hot dogs and hamburgers and iced cream and so hard to resist!

do you exercise outside?! you should try to, best of both worlds! exercise and enjoying the weather!!
i'm counting calories, like i said though it's been easy to slip! just gotta keep with it i guess! thanks for your kind words! and good luck with your work outs you can do it!!

Well, I didn't gain this week, but didn't lose. I walked a lot this week, but no real "exercising" I need to get in gear! Good advice about working out - outside. I live right by Lake Michigan so the walks are really beautiful.

Next week is the end of the challenge! I need a 3 pound loss to meet my summer goal... I'm going to try!

Beginning challenge weight: 174
4/12: 176
4/19: 175
4/26: 172.5
5/3: 168
5/10: 169
5/17: 167
5/24: 167
6/1: 163
6/7: 162
6/14: 163
6/21: 161
6/28: 161
7/1 goal: 158

Hi Aubrey! I totally understand how weighing can be overwhelming. I was actually thinking about doing the same thing for the rest of the summer. Keep up all your great exercising, and I'm sure the food part will click with you soon!
