  • I was hoping people were up for this I was feeling like the little girl who hopes someone shows up to her birthday party... lol Anyways... I weigh everyday but I only count it once a week and that is on wednesdays... So Here Is Mine...

    Beginning challenge weight:206.5
    4/7: 205.8 (-.07) better than I thought it would be considering I didnt exercise as much as I wanted yesterday cuz of my back.... Since I weigh so early I guess this is just kind of a second starting weight

  • well for once i had a good day! lol i actually ate good and didnt get the munchies or at least didnt acknowledge them i hope it shows on the scales tomorrow

  • way to go econ nerd... all the work i put in has actually paid off today i'm down to 204.9! I have busted past that darn plateau... hopefully we continue downward... I've never exercised so much in my life... lol but its worth it if that darn scale moves in the right direction...

  • I had my weigh in Saturday morning and was at 199! Been holding steady since then and that's okay with me . Hoping to take another 2 off this week too. I bought season passes to the pool and I don't want to look like mama whale when I go with the kids .
  • Ugh. I've been dreading posting here all morning, but I need to be accountable. I gained two pounds this week... This is my first gain and it's really depressing. Friday night I attended a Top Chef charity event and things got out of control with food and wine, so I was kind of expecting this. Tonight I start with a personal trainer though. I'm going to get back on track and try to make up for this by working extra hard from here on out.

    Ok, you've given me the courage to post my 2 lb gain too. I averaged my cals for the week and came in 1600-1700 cals/day. Too many. I zig-zag and I guess I didn't zag enough. Considering how much I've cut down from what I was eating you'd think something good would have happened. I weighed on Sunday and was still 161, this morning 163. wth?? Even if it's fluid (could be, I ate a serving of rice pilaf last night and even though I drank 4-5 glasses of water yesterday I was active outside all day and don't think I drank enough) . . . I still didn't lose anything. Tweaking this week and it had better be down by next Monday. Oooo I am mad . . . just, bloody ****!
