4/7: 205.8 (-.07) better than I thought it would be considering I didnt exercise as much as I wanted yesterday cuz of my back.... Since I weigh so early I guess this is just kind of a second starting weight

way to go econ nerd... all the work i put in has actually paid off today i'm down to 204.9! I have busted past that darn plateau... hopefully we continue downward...

I averaged my cals for the week and came in 1600-1700 cals/day. Too many. I zig-zag and I guess I didn't zag enough. Considering how much I've cut down from what I was eating you'd think something good would have happened. I weighed on Sunday and was still 161, this morning 163. wth?? Even if it's fluid (could be, I ate a serving of rice pilaf last night and even though I drank 4-5 glasses of water yesterday I was active outside all day and don't think I drank enough) . . . I still didn't lose anything. Tweaking this week and it had better be down by next Monday. Oooo I am mad . . . just, bloody ****!
